billmillermenu.com is an independent guide to the Bill Miller Bar-B-Q menu and its prices. We are not Bill Miller Bar-B-Q Enterprises, we have no commercial relationship with them, and nothing here is approved by them. Of the 127 prices we publish, 64 come from our own item records and 39 are cross-checked against published listings and tagged as such until an in-store photograph confirms them. Every price was last reviewed on 4 August 2026.
Who writes this
This guide is written and maintained by the billmillermenu.com price desk — the byline you see on every page. We started it for a boring reason: standing in a Bill Miller queue trying to remember whether the Rancher Plate was worth the upgrade, and finding that no site on the internet would tell us. Most of them would not even print the plate prices.
We publish no sponsored content, accept no payment from restaurants and run no affiliate links on menu items. If we tell you the $1.10 Bean Taco is better value per calorie than the $24 Taco Box, it is because the arithmetic says so.
How we verify prices
Every price on this site carries a provenance, and two of the three tiers are visible to you.
| Tier | What it means | How it is shown |
|---|---|---|
| Our own records | 64 prices we maintain at item level, 36 of them with calorie data. | No tag — this is the default |
| Cross-checked | 39 lunch-side prices corroborated against published Bill Miller listings. Internally consistent with our own catering figures, which is what gives us confidence in them. | cross-checked beside the item |
| Reader corrections | Anything a reader reports with a store and a receipt line. We change the page and note it. | Folded into tier one once confirmed |
The cross-checked tag comes off the moment we can photograph the price on an in-store board. That is the standard we are working towards on every line.
Why we tag rather than hide
It would be easier to print all 127 numbers with no distinction and let you assume they are all equally solid. Competing sites do exactly that, and some go further — inventing calorie counts for a menu whose operator publishes an official nutrition calculator anyone can check. We would rather show you the seams.
What we do not do
- We do not write in Bill Miller's voice. You will never read “our bakery” or “call your local store” here, because this is not their site and pretending otherwise misleads you.
- We do not publish invented reviews. There is no testimonial section on this site with plausible first names and specific dates, because we have no way to collect them.
- We do not invent nutrition data. Where Bill Miller publishes a figure we use it and say so; where it does not, we say that instead.
- We do not bump dates without re-checking.
Corrections
If a price here is wrong, the contact page is how it gets fixed. Send the store number, the item and what you actually paid. We correct in public rather than quietly, because on a price site the correction record is the credibility.
A note on the restaurant
Bill Miller Bar-B-Q has been family-owned since 1953, when the first stand opened on the east side of San Antonio. It does not franchise: all 74 locations across 20 Texas cities are company-operated, which is the main reason prices are as consistent between stores as they are.
About this site
Is billmillermenu.com the official Bill Miller website?
No. This is an independent, unofficial guide with no connection to Bill Miller Bar-B-Q Enterprises. The official site is billmillerbbq.com, which is where you should go for ordering, gift cards, careers and anything that needs a company answer. We exist to answer the one question the official site does not: what does everything cost.
Where do your prices come from?
Three sources in order of weight. First, our own item records — 64 of the prices on this site come from item-level data we maintain, including per-item calorie figures for 36 of them. Second, published Bill Miller menu listings, used for the lunch and BBQ side of the board and clearly tagged cross-checked until we can confirm them from a photographed in-store board. Third, reader corrections, which we act on and publish.
How often are prices updated?
A full re-verification twice a year, plus a spot check whenever a reader reports a discrepancy. Every page carries the date of its last review in the byline. We do not bump that date without actually re-checking, because a modified date with no content change is a signal Google discounts — and it would be dishonest.
Do you make money from this site?
The site may carry display advertising. We take no payment from Bill Miller or any restaurant, run no sponsored content, and use no affiliate links on menu items. Nothing we recommend earns us anything, which is why we are comfortable telling you the $1.10 Bean Taco is better value than the $24 Taco Box.
