Bill Miller Tuesdays: there is no Tuesday deal

This query has real volume and a simple answer that almost nobody gives straight. Bill Miller prices do not change on Tuesday, or on any other weekday. Rather than pad that into a thousand words of nothing, here is why people expect one, and what genuinely brings the bill down on a Tuesday or any other day.

Quick answer

Bill Miller has no Tuesday special. There is no midweek discount, no taco Tuesday promotion and no day-of-week pricing of any kind — a Bean Taco is $1.10 on Tuesday and $1.10 on Saturday. The confusion comes from taco Tuesday being a Tex-Mex dinner convention, while Bill Miller's tacos are a breakfast counter. The savings that do exist are structural: a family order saves $7.25 from four people on any day of the week.

Where the Tuesday idea comes from

Taco Tuesday is a dinner-restaurant convention: discount a cheap, high-margin item on the slowest night of the week to fill seats. It works because Tuesday evening is dead for a sit-down Tex-Mex restaurant.

Bill Miller's tacos are not that item. They are a breakfast product, sold from around 6am, already priced from $1.10, in a store whose slow period is mid-afternoon rather than Tuesday evening. There is no commercial reason for the promotion to exist, which is why it does not — and why anyone showing you one has made it up.

What to do on a Tuesday instead

Exactly what you would do on any other day. If you are alone, two Bean & Cheese Tacos is $3.20 and a real breakfast. If there are four of you, a family order at $30.55 beats four plates by $7.25. If you want the full list with the arithmetic, the deals page has it.

Questions people actually ask

People also ask
Does Bill Miller have a Tuesday special?

No. There is no Bill Miller Tuesday deal, taco Tuesday promotion or midweek discount. Prices on Tuesday are identical to every other day. The belief is widespread enough that we built this page to say so plainly.

Is Bill Miller cheaper on Tuesdays?

No. Nothing on the board changes price by day of the week. What changes your bill is what you order and for how many people — a family order saves more on any day than any weekday promotion would.

Does Bill Miller do taco Tuesday?

No, and it would be a strange fit: Bill Miller's tacos are a breakfast counter, priced from $1.10 every day of the week. The taco Tuesday convention belongs to Tex-Mex dinner restaurants, which is a different trade.

What is the best day to go to Bill Miller?

Any day — but the best time is real. Before 7:30am the tacos are fresh and there is no queue; between 2pm and 4pm the counter has time to talk to you and you can ask for a specific cut. See the hours page.
