4–5 people — small family order

6–8 people — large family order
$44.65 for 1½ pounds of mixed BBQ and quart sides. At the top of that range it is $5.58 a head, which is the cheapest per-person figure anywhere on this menu.
Breakfast for any size — count the tacos first

Above about twenty people, or if you need delivery and setup, the per-head catering rates apply and Bill Miller runs a dedicated quote system. The ~17% premium buys you delivery, serving equipment and someone else doing the arithmetic.
Two things people forget
Drinks. Twelve large teas at $2.20 is $26.40. Two gallon buckets at $4.75 is $9.50 and pours more. On a catering order this is the easiest twenty dollars you will ever save.
Bread and sides are already in the family orders. People routinely add sides to a family order that already contains a quart of each. Check what is in the box before you add to it — the sides page has the three-size pricing if you genuinely need more.
